Position: System Compensation Manager
Description: Designs, plans and implements system-wide compensation programs, policies, and procedures. Leads compensation integration initiatives ensuring the compensation program enhances the organizations ability to recruit, retain and reward employees. Works with Human Resources business partners from Local Systems to ensure the compensation program provide local market flexibility and meets the organizations needs. Analyzes programs cost, compliance with government regulations, and conformity with Bon Secours philosophy. Manages and supervises the operations and development of the compensation staff.
Requirements: Knowledge of Human Resources Management, completion of a Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Bachelor degree required, Masters degree preferred), knowledge as Compensation Manager generally acquired during more than ten years of experience in Compensation management and of Government regulations as applicable to compensation base and incentive programs. Job requires Effective communication skills, Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with top management, supervisory skills and CCP and/or CBP certification or actively pursing completion.
