The position serves as the senior Human Resources Strategic Business Partner for one or more divisions within the system.
Requirements: Requires extensive knowledge of Human Resources Management at a level generally acquired through the completion of a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, Business Administration or a related field.
Position requires comprehensive knowledge as a Human Resources Generalist, normally acquired during more than ten (10) years of progressively more responsible experience in several specialty areas of Human Resources Management including at least seven (7) years in management positions.
PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Experience partnering with senior business leaders to ensure workforce strategy that meets specific needs of the business unit while aligning with the overall corporate strategy.
Highly developed skills in employee relations, succession planning, change management, facilitation, mediation, collaboration and organizational and leadership development.
Strong communication and people management skills with the ability to lead projects and teams.
